Winter Twist to the Classic Root Beet Float

This cocktail recipe is a Winter twist on the classic Root Beer Float from my first cocktail post. This root beer float from Black Button is one of my favorite drinks.

I follow the original recipe from Black Button Distilling (you can find it here!) and simply add about 1/2 an oz of peppermint vodka - your choice in brand, I used Smirnoff's Peppermint. You could add a little more if you really like peppermint. I like just enough to taste it but not enough for it to overpower the drink.

And there you have it! A delicious taste of the winter season in a glass!
