Buffalo Tempeh Salad



This salad is bursting in flavor and full of bright veggies!


Ingredients

  • Tempeh, I'm using lightlife

  • Romaine Lettuce

  • Radishes

  • Cucumber

  • Celery

  • Sprouts

  • Buffalo/Hot Sauce of choice

  • Vegan Butter


Directions

  • Slice your tempeh any way you'd like. I like mine in small cubes. I slice the tempeh in 4 strips and used about 1 and a half for this salad.

  • Place cut up tempeh into a bowl and toss a little hot sauce over it and mix it up.

  • Transfer tempeh to the air fryer. Cook at 400 for 10 minutes. Less or more depending on your crispy preference.

  • Place a little hot sauce into a small pan, add a little vegan butter and Italian seasoning. Let it heat up on low.

  • Slice up your veggies any way you'd like. I personally love mine diced up small so I can eat my salad with a spoon.

  • Place diced veggies into a bowl and sprinkle some pepper over top.

  • Once tempeh is done, top over salad. Drizzle a little olive oil and drizzle on the hot sauce dressing.

  • Enjoy!
