When it comes to aches, scrapes, stuffy noses, and all things personal care, I like to use all natural remedies as much as possible and Wholistic Herbals delivers! Today I wanted to share some of the items I've been using the last few months that I'm loving.
Vapor Rub- This is a gold mine in my opinion. I LOVE vapor rub. Whether it's to help you through allergy season or a case of the cold, this will be your best friend. I always get a dry nose in the winter. Between colder temperatures and what feels like a constant runny nose, I use this to help soothe my nose and it helps my breath more freely. It's made with menthol crystals, rosemary oil, chamomile, lavender oil, eucalyptus and peppermint, and castor oil. It's all natural and petroleum free. I use this right under my nose and on my chest.
Rescue Salve - This is your all natural replacement to creams like Neosporin. It's all natural and made with plant based ingredients like tea tree, calendula, and olive oil, to name a few, so you know you're keeping your skin safe and healthy. I use this for everything from scratches, scrapes, burns, and you can use to on bug bites too. Any time your skin needs a little healing power, grab this rescue salve!
Joint & Muscle Salve - Dealing with joint pain or sore muscles? Try this warming salve! I've been trying this out a lot this winter. I love getting out and walking in the snow but it certainly adds an extra layer of work on the legs! I've been using this on sore muscles and to help soothe and relieve any pain. It's all natural and made with arnica, cayenne, ginger, st. john's wart, and rosemary.
Headache Balm - I'm normally a - grab the ibuprophen immediately, kinda girl when it comes to headaches but I've been trying to catch them earlier in advance and using wholistic approaches first. This headache balm has been a great help. I like to apply this to my temples or any pain points I may have to help soothe headache pain. It's made with great anti-inflammatory ingredients like rosemary, peppermint, eucalyptus, and magnesium oil. It's nice having something on hand that helps to stimulate and soothe pressure, even if it's simply to help keep you calm during a stressful day or aid in keeping a headache at bay.
One With Nature - This essential oil blend is EVERYTHING if you're a lover of outdoors. It's made with grapeseed oil, cedarwood, frankincense, orange, rosemary, and includes pine needles. It smells absolutely amazing and it makes me feel like I'm outside among the trees. Truly my favorite scent. I love that this is a roll on bottle and small enough that I can keep it with me at all times.
These are just a FEW items of what is offered from Wholistic Herbals. What I love most is that every item is hand crafted from the ingredients to the packaging. All the herbs and oils are locally and ethically sourced right here in NY. The packaging is zero waste meaning it's compostable and biodegradable and also made with recycled materials.
I highly recommend checking Sam & Wholistic Herbals out. Oh and did I mention everything smells amazing too!?
